I've just bought handphone LG KU990, from design & photo is great!
I want to ask it's this handphone has Software Free for Chatting (YM/MSN,..)? exp: Software Agilemassanger / IM+ , etc...
Please tell me... because i use this facility everyday!

how in gods name did these scientist squeeze so much in dis phone touch sreen, 5mpx camer, radio, internet browser, 120fps- wtf cool, camcorder, front camera, voice recorder, muvee stidio, divx- wit dvd quality playback, and a phone in such a sexy design. Omg we are becoming aliens( if were are not already)!!!

i have been using this for about a week now, i'd have to say i ampretty impressed with this small devil. to begin with it looks classy and sauve. the operations are very easy and the touch screen is very responsive.the stylus would have been more preferred in a dock rather than being entirely seperate...very inconvenient. this apart texting is simply a cakewalk with the keyboard type of input. camera is strictly ok-ish, i thnk nokia scores in this department. sound quality is good. all in all a good buy.

@All i will try formating the stupid card again in the afternoon. But this time i will try to force 64k clusters so that the capacity courd go to 4GB.I will post my results.

u know they can make a wallpaper that is like d fish theme( respones 2 touch) cause their wallpaper default res, is unique to them and samsung- and their d same company! With d abilliity 2 feed d fish. This will take some doing though.

Im not sure how cards react to being fomated 2 Fat 16- so what ever u said ill trust. im sure about hard disk from a pc.
I love d fish theme cause i have no pets, lol. Just wish i could feed d damn thing cause it looks hungry,lol. seriously though if their new phone has a fish that u can feed( or any other animal) i think ill buy it as well.
P.S: What have u been doing with d phone? hahaha. THX 4 d 3g info, but in uk i have no problems with signal.

Ok ALL i trust you. So how do you format a 4gb mem card at 4gb with fat 16? It tried windows format, acronis format, and powerquest partition format and they all end up with 2GB at fat16 and leave another 2GBs blank for a second partition creation which is useless for the viewty nontheless.

@mark the viewty's touch screen is honestly has the slowest reaction time of any touch screen phoen i have ever seen/used. the scrolling is terrible... its takes a age compared the the iphone and m600i, any retort is useless mate... anyone can compare the two and see if you come back saying its facter is totally misleading

Dont insult dis phone by comparing it 2 d amarni,lol. Just think what d armani has that dis doesnt, hmm- nothing at all. Wait 1 min... yeah nothing at all. Plus armani ui from d video by gsm arena, looks absolutely terrible- slow, confusing and sumsung- like. And d keypad doesnt light, lol ahahah- whats stylish about that?

I say again that you need to have less than 2GB memory card space in order the viewty to address it.Thats why you need to fill it up first.That is NOT the case with 2GB mem cards. The 3GB fill up and 1GB free space was just an example. You could have 2GBs filled and 2GBs free.

Fat supports up 2 4GB. I am not sure what d max card is, i went on d safe side and bought a 2GB card and it works fine there was no need 2 fill it up first.

@Kevin if you do a google search you will find that the opinions in that matter are like day and night.What i can tell you from my experience is that it is not worth it.Not unless LG desides at last to release the damn firmware update. I have a 4gb card and i filled it up with 3GBs of data as many have suggested so the viewty can see the rest 1GB.Formated with windows xp as fat32 (fat16 which the viewty supports does NOT go beyond 2GBs). Truely the card was recognised BUT you get a hell of let of errors and various problems, aka very sssssllllloooowwww speed, directory errors,card not found when trying to record etc.

Regarding the battery duration of the Viety
To D, ALL and everyone who contributed:
A friend tiped me of some very interesting information.
(A) In countrys that support 3G signal,but the signal is not very strong, the viewty consumes a lot of energy trying to keep up.This is the case for Greece for example.
Solution: Set it to GSM 900/1800. I did so for mine and now the signal is stronger and it is proven to improve my battery duration by a whopping 250% allong with the following.Caution if you set it to auto it will default to 3G.So set it manually as i said.
(B) There is a 'power saving' mode setting in configuration that i did not know of! The damned thing was set on 'disabled' for my phone. So look this up and set it to 'enable'.
(C) A fellow gsmarena poster, tiped us a few days back for the screen brightness.Set it to 60%.You will be fine and it seems to help a bit but not much.You have to be fiddling with the phone and keeping the screen always on to see a difference in battery duration.
(D) Bluetooth always off unless needed to be on as correctly noted by D,but i keep mine always off so that was not the day.
(E) The fish theme as noted my ALL could be consuming more energy but again only when the screen is on. The rest of the standby time it does not matter.I didn't like the fish theme anyway so i never used.I have a naked ass for a wallpaper with no animation whatsoever.It could be though that the viewty gets horny by that round juicy ass and as a result consumes more energy (NOT) :D!
